NOTES

• Vehicle can be collected from and dropped off at airport free of charge for hires exceeding three days.
• Chauffeurs supplied at no extra costs, provided client takes care of food and accommodation of the driver.
• Day of pick up and day of drop off is included as days of rental regardless of time of pick up and drop off.
• For a confirmed booking we require a 50% down payment of the planned hire.
• We require a refundable $1000 safety deposit. To be paid upon receiving the vehicle and returned after handing back the vehicle
• All vehicles are comprehensively insured.
• Cross border travel to Zimbabwe, Botswana, South Africa, Namibia, Malawi and Tanzania allowed at different rates – please enquire.
• Extra charges $150 for paper work and insurance extension.
  
• Passengers, driven by one of our experienced drivers, are covered under third party liability with a limit of ZMW 30,000.00.
